TUT A MAN
Vino di uve stramature

Tut-a-man

Its Piedmontese dialect name means “ALL BY HAND”, as all the operations were actually performed manually: from the picking to the gentle pressing, bottling and labeling.

Cépage: Vino di uve stramature

Type: still

Alcohol percentage: 14.5%

Tasting notes:

Deep garnet red with amber nuances; elegant bouquet showing ripe fruit and red currant and plum jam, and an intense, mouth-filling flavor with marked overtones of dried fruit.

Pairing: Excellent with mature cheeses, it can also be served at the end of a meal, as a digestive or with bitter chocolate for a sweet moment of relaxation.
